> Connect Ground: Connect the GND terminal on the reader to the GND terminal on the controller. This is the most common cause of failure.

> Connect Data: Connect the D0 (Data 0) from the reader to the D0 on the controller. Connect D1 (Data 1) to D1 on the controller.

Wiegand is a wiring standard widely used in access control systems to connect card readers and controllers. It uses three core wires:
