1. Durability and Weatherproofing Keypad Access Control for Commercial Sites

Physical tamper switches detect when a keypad is removed from its mounting or its housing is opened; this triggers an immediate alarm output that can integrate with the broader security system or sound a local buzzer. 

Tamper lockout adds another layer: after 10 times incorrect PIN attempts, the keypad locks out further input for a set period, preventing brute-force guessing.
