1. The keypad reader of wireless access control has no response when entering password or swiping card. Why?
Possible causes: low battery, too far from the controller, blocked by metal walls, or failed pairing.
2. The exit button of wireless access control does not work when pressed. How to check?
First check the button battery, make sure it is within signal range, or re-pair it with the controller.
3. What is the effective wireless range of this 433MHz wireless access control kit?
About 50 meters max, walls and metal will reduce the distance, so it is better to install as close as possible to the controller
