Absolutely. You can program the device to Reader mode by keypad, the device can be switched to pure reader mode. In this mode, it only reads cards/PINs and outputs data via Wiegand 26/34 protocol to the existing third-party controller. The rugged metal housing and backlit keypad instantly enhance the physical security and aesthetic consistency of your current system.
