The device is a smart semi-automatic fingerprint handle lock with TTLock, which supports 1000 cards, 250 permanent PIN code and custom PIN
code, 100 fingerprint users. 
 
 It is fully compatible with TTlock SaaS platform:TTLOCK/TTRenting/HOTEL,which makes it is suitable for wide range of applications scenarios, like Airbnb, home, school, etc, and can be easily managed through the APP/platform
 
It runs on AA batteries, lasting over 6 months with normal use (bases on 30 times/day), and it will remind people to replace batteries intelligently if battery is low.

FAQ AboutD300-Ble Smart Access Door Lock

1. Do I need a Wi-Fi gateway to unlock the door with my phone?

Not necessarily. TTLock smart locks support Bluetooth unlocking directly from your phone when you are within range of the door. For remote access from anywhere, you will need to add a TTLock-compatible Wi-Fi gateway (sold separately). The gateway bridges the lock to your home network, enabling remote unlock, real-time status checks, and remote management of passcodes and eKeys.

2. How many users can I manage across different access methods?
The lock supports 100 fingerprints, 1,000 Mifare cards, and 250 permanent/custom PIN codes (with unlimited dynamic passwords). All users are managed remotely through the TTLock app via Bluetooth, making it easy to grant or revoke access without physically touching the lock.

3. Can I still use the lock if there is no internet at the property?

Yes. TTLock locks operate primarily via Bluetooth and do not require continuous internet connectivity for daily use. The internet is only needed for the initial setup/initialization of the lock and for remote features when a gateway is connected. Without a gateway, the lock functions fully for local Bluetooth unlocking, passcode entry, fingerprint access, and card entry. Event logs are stored on the lock and synced to the cloud whenever your phone connects via the app.
